Privacy Policy
Last updated June 21, 2026
This Policy explains what Tlamatini collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Tlamatini website and apps operated by [Registered legal entity — e.g. Tlamatini LLC].
1. What we collect
Account information: your email address, and a display name if you provide one.
Usage information: the tools you use, the calculations you save, your lesson progress, and your quiz attempts. We use this to power your account and to decide what to build next.
Payment information: when you subscribe, your payment is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata — we never see or store your full card number.
Technical information: basic logs (such as IP address, device, and browser) needed to run the Service securely.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service — save your work, sync it across devices, track course progress, and manage your subscription.
To secure and improve the Service, troubleshoot problems, and understand which tools and courses are actually useful.
To communicate with you about your account, including confirmation and transactional emails. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service, under their respective terms: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage of your account data), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (application hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and network).
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account or by contacting us.
To make a request, email privacy@tlamatini.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the Students vertical may be used by minors, a parent, guardian, or school must set up and supervise any such use and is responsible for providing any required consent.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information without proper consent, contact privacy@tlamatini.io and we will delete it.
8. Where data is processed
We operate from the United States, and your data is processed there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
