Terms of Service

Tlamatini provides interactive calculation tools, 3D viewers, and structured courses across three verticals (Trades, Students, and Professionals), available by subscription. Features are added and changed over time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Where the Service is used by a minor (for example, a student), a parent, guardian, or school must agree to these Terms and supervise that use.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Don't misuse the Service. That includes scraping or bulk-extracting content, reselling or redistributing access, sharing one account across an organization, reverse-engineering the platform, attempting to break security, or using the Service to violate the law or others' rights.

The Service — including the software, course content, 3D scenes, text, and the Tlamatini name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business purposes while your subscription is active.

The measurements and inputs you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the Service (for example, to save your work and sync it across your devices).

The tools produce estimates for planning and education. They are not engineering, construction, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional, manufacturer specifications, or your local building code.

Always verify quantities and methods with your supplier and a qualified professional before you buy, cut, pour, wire, or otherwise rely on a result. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, materials, or work, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any decision made in reliance on an estimate.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [U.S. state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
